Context
A biotechnology company was growing from a small team into a larger organization with expanding laboratory and technology requirements.
Challenge
Its technology environment needed to support research, protect sensitive work, and develop the operating discipline required by a much larger business.
What I did
Through Amplify, I provided technology leadership as the company expanded. The work included building a private AI and data cluster, implementing SOX-aligned IT controls, and supporting laboratory expansion.
I worked across infrastructure and operating needs so the technology environment could develop alongside the organization.
Result
The engagement supported the company as it grew from approximately six employees to more than 100. The work provided infrastructure and controls for that expanding organization.
What it demonstrates
The ability to connect hands-on architecture with executive technology judgment as a company’s needs become more complex.
