## Context

YouveGotLeads was a CRM business serving hundreds of customers. It faced declining revenue and customer numbers alongside the need to renew its product.

## Challenge

The business needed a stronger product foundation and a credible way to compete for customers again.

## What I did

As General Manager, I led the business and the platform rebuild. The work joined commercial responsibility with architecture and product decisions, giving the turnaround a technical foundation.

## Result

We reversed the revenue and customer decline and regained competitive deals. The rebuilt platform’s architecture became an internal reference model.
