# Technology foundations for a growing biotech

## Context

A biotechnology company was growing from a small team into a larger organization with expanding laboratory and technology requirements.

## Challenge

Its technology environment needed to support research, protect sensitive work, and develop the operating discipline required by a much larger business.

## What I did

Through Amplify, I provided technology leadership as the company expanded. The work included building a private AI and data cluster, implementing SOX-aligned IT controls, and supporting laboratory expansion.

I worked across infrastructure and operating needs so the technology environment could develop alongside the organization.

## Result

The engagement supported the company as it grew from approximately six employees to more than 100\. The work provided infrastructure and controls for that expanding organization.

## What it demonstrates

The ability to connect hands-on architecture with executive technology judgment as a company’s needs become more complex.
